Circulation & Borrowing Services

Membership & Registration

All registered students and staff with a valid KCU identity card are automatically eligible for library circulation privileges.

Loan Quotas & Durations

  • Undergraduate Students: Up to 3 books for 14 days.
  • Postgraduate Students: Up to 5 books for 21 days.
  • Academic Staff: Up to 8 books for 30 days.

Renewals & Holds

Books may be renewed once via the Koha OPAC account or at the circulation desk, provided no other user has placed a hold on the item.
