At King Ceasor University, we’re committed to facilitating easy access to our extensive collection of resources. Our circulation services are designed to streamline the borrowing process and enhance your library experience.

Borrowing Materials

• User registration: To borrow materials, you’ll need to be a university student or staff with a  library card or registered within our system. If you don’t have one yet, reach out to our library department.
• Loan Periods: Different materials have varying loan periods so check with the library department for information on the loan period. 
• Renewals:You are allowed to extend the duration of the material you had borrowed from the library, if no one else has requested it. You can renew an item by logging-in to your patron account or by asking from a librarian.
• Holds and Reservations: Can’t find what you need? Place a hold or reservation on an item through our online catalog and we’ll notify you when it’s available.

Returning Materials

• Return Locations: Locate our book drops and circulation desks for convenient return options. 

• Digital Resources: Explore our collection of e-books, audiobooks, and digital magazines available for borrowing through our digital platform.
